Our task,
after Patagonia's purchase of Lotus Designs, was to reinforce
the idea that Lotus was maintaining its identity and spirit.
The "growing" theme tied into several aspects of the adthe
field of plants (behind the Lotus factory), the pregnant paddler,
and the expanded Lotus product line. This was the first ad
to show all Patagonia paddlesports apparel under the Lotus
Designs brand name.
